In the name of God Amen, this twentieth day of September in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty, I, Ezekiel Morris of Pickaway
County and state of Ohio, yeoman, being at present make in body but of sound
mind, meaning and understanding thanks be to God for the same considering the
uncertainty of this mortal life do hereby make and publish this my last will
and testament in manner and firm following trust that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid off as soon as may be done after my decease by my
Executors herein after named.

First, I give and bequeath unto Mary my beloved wife the one third part of
the place _?_ or tract of land I now live on and also one third part of the
buildings thereon erected for an during her natural life.  I also bequeath
unto my wife aforesaid the choice of one horse or mare, saddle and bridle;
also the choice of two cows; also the choice of two beds and bedsteads and
furniture thereunto beloning and also as much household and kitchens
furniture as she may stand need of all the above granted to my wife aforesaid
she is at liberty to take but the same shall be in full for her dower one
third to all my estate both real and personal.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto my son John Morris all that tract or parcel
of land whereon he now lives to be holden by my said son John Morris his
heirs and afsigns forever.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto my son Samuel Morris all that part or parcel
of land whereon he now lives it bring the south tract of my half section and
also that small piece of land which was surveyed to him by John Ban,
continuing about fifteen acres which includes the well to be holden by my
said son Samuel Morris his heirs and afsigns forever.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Morris all that tract or parcel
of land whereon I now live to be holden by my said son Henry Morris his heirs
and afsigns forever subject nevertheless to the bequeath above granted on my
land to his mother during her life.  I further give and bequeath unto my son
Henry Morris the eighty acres of wood land adjoining the above tract to be
holden by my said son Henry Morris his heirs and afsigns forever for which
eighty acres he shall pay the sum of one hundred dollars in yearly payments
of fifty dollars cash - the first payment to be made _?_ months after my
decease.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto the heir of my son Richard Morris deceased,
the sum of four dollars which shall be in full of her portion to the whole of
my estate both real and personal as I have heretofore advanced to my said son
Richard Morris in his lifetime his full part and portion equal with the rest
of my sons.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Cline the sum of fifty
dollars twenty five to be paid unto her by my executors on one year after my
decease and the remainder twenty five in two years after my decease which sum
of fifty dollars shall be in full for my part and portion to all my estate
both real and personal.

Item.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca the sum of four dollars
to be paid unto her by my executors which shall be in full for her part and
portion out of the whole of my estate both real and personal.

Item.  It is further my will and do hereby order and direct my executors to
collect all my outstanding money and sell all my personal estate which I have
not bequeathed unto my wife aforesaid and the money that may arise shall be
divided among my four daughters the heirs of my daughter Rebecca which she
bore to Benjamin Bowman deceased share and share alike that is to say unto my
daughter Sarah Lemly one equal fifth part unto my daughter Anna Thomas an
equal fifth paid unto my daughter Elenor Shelby an equal fifth part and unto
my daughter Lydia Morris an equal fifth part and to the heirs of my daughter
Rebecca which were born to Benjamin Bowman deceased an equal fifth part which
dividends shall be in full for their part and portions to the whole of my
estate both real and personal.

And lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint my two sons John Morris and
Samuel Morris to be executors of this my last will and testment hereby
revoking all former wills by my hand for make ratifying and conferring this
and no other to be my last will and testament dated this day and year fast
above written.

testator to be his last will and testament in this presence of me.
