    I, Thomas Lionel Lincoln of the Borough of Carmichaels, County of
Greene and State of Pennsylvania, do make this my last will and testament
hereby revoking my only former will dated July 10th, 1894.

    I give to the trustees of Tuskegee Institute of Alabama, as founded by
Booker T Washington, all the books belonging to my private library....

    I give to my brother James S Lincoln, my collection of Indian relics;
to my brother Charles J Lincoln, my collection of mountain photographs;
to my brother Luther A Lincoln, my medical books; to my brother Horace G
Lincoln, my collection of photographic negatives and my Wellington
typewriter; to my brother William G Lincoln, my trunk, a tin letter box
and a wood letter box made by his brother, Virgil A Lincoln, now deceased.

    I direct that the sum of One hundred dollars be applied by my executor
hereinafter named to the securing of a family monument for my deceased
father and mother, Thomas A Lincoln and Mariah H (Hart) Lincoln and my
brother Virgil A Lincoln.

    To my brother James S Lincoln, my collection of old almanacs; to my
brother Horace G Lincoln my notes and memoranda of historical matters,
manuscripts and all books and papers connected with family history to be
held by him for the use of other members of the family.

    I give to my nephew Robert T Lincoln, my Webster Unabridged Dictionary
and my collection of Old Books and Magazines and paper back editions of
rare books, and I hope he will keep them in good order as some of them
are valuable.

    To my nephew Clifford Lincoln, I give my best violin and violin case
and the old family slate with the heavy wood frame.

    To my nephews Ralph Lincoln, clifford Lincoln, Thomas and my niece
Marie Lincoln I give the sum of five dollars.

    Whereas I am about to enter into a contract of marriage with my
sweetheart Harriett E Flenniken of Carmichaels, Penna, I give and devise
to (my wife) the said Harriett E Flenniken all the rest residue and
remainder of my estate both real and personal as follows to wit: The
furniture and household effects to her absolutely, the real estate
consisting of the House and Lot where I now live being Lot No  __ in the
original plan of the town of Carmichaels to her during her lifetime.

    I appoint my friend Albert H Sayers, Esq of Waynesburg Pa as executor
of this will. In witness thereof I have hereunto to this my last will and
testament, written by me on two separate sheets of papaer and containing
five and one half pages, set my hand and seal this 17th day of June 1902.

Personally came Harriett E Lincoln who, being duly worn according to law,
says that Thomas L Lincoln late of said county, died on the 21st day of
August, 1902, at 12 o'clock M and further saith not.
