 Lemley, Jacob Last Will and Testament, 1834
 State of Pennsylvania, Greene County

In the name of God, Amen, I, Jacob Lemley being of weak body but of sound
mind, memory and understanding , praised be to God for it do declare this my
last will and testament revoking all others but first of all, I allow all my
just debts to be paid with my funeral expenses by my Executors.

Item 1.  I give and devise unto my grandson Jacob Lemley son of George
Lemley, forty acres of land to be cut off the end of my farm where Henry
Shultz now lives in a square form to join lands of Robert Bradford and Isaac
Shriver but I allow his father and mother shall live on it as long as they
please by their making a living and it by their industry.

Item 2.  I give and devise unto my two grandsons Jacob and Ezekiel Lemley
sons of Ezekiel Lemley forty acres of land to be cut off my farm where my son
Ezekiel now lives to join lands of John S. Hoy, Robert Bradford and Jacob
Lemley my grandson share, but I allow that their father and mother shall live
on it as long as they please by their making a living on it by their industry.

Item 3.  I give and devise unto my son Jacob Lemley fifty dollars to be paid
in two years after my decease out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal
property.

Item 4.  I give and devise unto my son Samuel Lemley one hundred dollars to
be paid in two years after my decease out of the proceeds of the sale of my
personal property.

Item 5.  I give and devise unto my son Henry Lemley one hundred and fifty
acres of land to be cut off of my farm where I now live to join lands of
Jacob Shriver, Adam Shriver, John Lemley and Joab Baily, Esq., subject to
remain in the possession of my wife as long as she remains my widow.

Item 6.  I give and devise unto my son Richard Lemley the balance of all my
land which I have not already bequeathed but subject to pay unto my beloved
wife Sarah Lemley one forth of all the proceeds of said farm.

Item 7.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Guthries children ten
dollars to be paid in two years after my decease out of the proceeds of the
sale of my personal property.

Item 8.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Rebecca Bradford daughter Sarah
two- dollars to be paid in two years after my decease out of the proceeds of
the sale of my personal property.

Item 9.  I give and bequeath unto my daughter Susanna Lemley one horse saddle
and bridle, one cow and feather bed and bedding.

Item 10. I give and bequeath unto my three daughters Charlotte Bradford,
Sarah Pethtel and Susanna Lemley the balance of the proceeds of the proceeds
of the sale of my personal property to be equally divided amongst them to be
paid in two years after my decease if their is any remaining in the hands of
my Executors out of the proceeds of the sale of my personal property.

Item 11 - I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife Sarah Lemley one horse
saddle and bridle, two cows, two feather beds and bedding and the homestead
place which I have devised unto my son Henry Lemley to be hers as long as she
remains my widow. And further do hereby constitute and appoint my son Samuel
Lemley to be my Executor land my beloved wife.  Sarah Lemley to be my
Executia of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Ninth day of
November One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Three.

Signed sealed and delivered pronounced and declared by the Testator to be his
Last Will and Testament in presence of Joab Bailey Arthur McCartney

I, Jacob Lemley of Whitely township do constitute this codicil do apart of my
Last Will and Testament in the following manner.  My will is that my son Henry
Lemley doth pay unto my sons Ezekiel Lemley and Jacob Lemley fifty dollars
each to be paid in three years after my decease in addition to what Jacob and
Ezekiel has already got.  My will is that my son Richard Lemley doth pay unto
my son George and Samuel Lemley fifty dollars unto each to be paid in their
years after my decease.  In addition to what they have already got.  In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of
December 1833.

I, Jacob Lemley of Whitely township do constitute this as a sound codicil to
my last will and testament in the following.  My will is this my son George
Lemley doth get in addition to what he has already got, ten acres more land
adjoining that that I gave to his son with all the buildings that he now doth
possess and the spring that he now doth live at.  In testamony whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th of January 1834.

Before me Jesse Leagear Register for the probate of wills and gunnting
Letters of Administration in and for said County this day came Joab Baily and
Arthur McCartney the two subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of
writing and on their solemn oaths did pay that they were present and saw and
heard Jacob Lemley this Testator within names sign seal published pronounce
and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament; and that at the time
of doing thereof he was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding
according to the best of their judgment, observation and belief.

Sworn and subscribed before me Jany 24th 1834 Jesse Leagear Regets

Registered Jany 24th, 1834 & Letters Testamentary granted to Samuel, Sarah
Lemley same day with copy of will annexed.
