daughter of Jacob Lemley and Sarah Morris. He was buried in Dulaney
Cemetery No. 1, 3 miles NW of Mt. Morris, Greene Co., PA. His will follows:

"NO. 2733.

I, Abraham Dulany, of Perry Township, Greene county, Pennsylvania, make
and ordain this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by
me made at any time heretofore and

1st: I direct my boody [sic] to be decently buryed [sic], and all of my
debts together with my funeral expenses to be paid as soon after my
decease as convenient. I direct my Executors and my Executrix to sell a
large yoke of work cattle and any other stock to pay the same.

2: After my debts are paid everything belonging to my estate, I leave to
my wife, to have and to hold as long as she remains my widow, but no
longer. I mean for her to have the farm, farming Utentials [sic], stock
and all the goods about the house together with anything else belonging
to my estate.

3: After my wife, Susanah, is done with my farm according to my will, I
give it to my three sons, Abraham Dulany, William M. Dulany and Ely
Dulany, they paying twelve hundred and fifty dollars as herein directed.
One year after they come in possession of the farm they are to pay to my
sons, John L. and Samuel Dulany and my daughters, Sarah Rose, Mary J.
Headlee, and Sophrono Dulany, one hundred dollars each; and one year
after that is paid One hundred dollars each, and one year after that
fifty dollars each, which makes the twelve hundred and fifty dollars.

4: All the personal property coming into the hands of my wife, I direct
her to dispose of among our children as she sees best.

5: I direct my three sons, Abraham Dulany, William M. Dulany, and Eli
Dulany, to pay Sarah E. Headlee, (my grand-daughter) One dollar in
addition to the twelve hundred and fifty dollars before named.

6. I appoint my wife, Susannah Dulaney and my son, Samuel Dulaney, and
W. G. Morris, Executrix, and Executors to this my last will and confer
on them the same power to sell property and settle up my estate as I
would have myself if living.
