Donham Filed March 1, 1922 Norman Wood, Register PER H.D.W. I, D.G. Donham of Greensboro, County of Greene and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this, my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made. First, I will that my funeral expense and all honest debts be paid. 2d. I bequeath to my wife H.A. Donham the use of all my estate both personal and real, for her natural life or as long as she remains unmarried and if at any time the income is not sufficient to supply her needs, she is at liberty to use any money or sell any property until her needs are supplied. I also appoint W.E. Donham and Bliss Donham to be her guardians. 3. If any of my children desire to borrow the estate They can borrow to the amount of eight hundred dollars by paying to the guardians of H.A. Donham four per ck. per annum. 4. At death or remarriage H.A. Donham the executors will pay her funeral expense, and sell all my property at public outcry (except such household property as heirs may wish to divide. Also Mapletown vein of coal until majority of my children see fit to sell it) and collect my assets if any and divide the proceeds equally among my heirs M.C. Donham, Jno. N. Donham, C.B. Donham, Gertrude Garrison, W.E. Donham and Bliss Donham. On final settlement any of these heirs owing the estate whether claim is outlawed or not by virtue of this will, the principal and interest shall be considered as so much of his or her share of my estate. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint W.E. Donham and Bliss Donham to be Executors of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof, I, D.G. Donham the testator above named, have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the Sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred sixteen. D.G. Donham as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of the said testator, and of each other. F.H. Keener William Keener Greene County SS Before me, Norman Wood, Register for the probate of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, personally appeared F.H. Keener and William Keener subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of D.G. Donham late of Monongahela Tp. in the county of Greene, deceased, who, being duly sworn according to law, depose and say that they were personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that they signed their names as witnesses to the said instrument of writing in the presence of the said testator and at his request, and in the presence of each other, and at the time of signing the same he, the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that as they shall answer to God at the last Great Day. Donham late of said county, died on the 27 day of Dec. 1921 at 2:30 oclock A.M. and further saith not. Bliss Donham Sworn and subscribed before me this first day of March 1922. Norman Wood, Register. Greene County SS We, W.E. Donham and Bliss Donham do swear by Almighty God, the searcher of all hearts, that as Executors of the last Will and Testament of D.G. Donham late of Monongahela Tp. Greene County, Pa., deceased, we will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, right and credits of said deceased, according to law, and also that we will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to collateral, direct and Federal inheritances, and that as we shall answer to God at the last Great Day.
