State of Pennsylvania County of Bedford, ss:
                          Before me James F. Nickel, Esq. Register for the 
Probate of Will and Letters of Administration, in and for the said County came:
James Henry Sipes who being qualified say that as Administrator in the estate of 
Nancy Sipes late of Colerain Township, deceased, you will well and truly 
administer the goods, chattels, rights, and credits of the said deceased 
according to law, and diligently and faithfully regard, and well and truly 
comply with the provisions of the Law relating to collateral inheritance.

Personally appeared before me James F. Nickels, Register for the Probate of 
Wills and Letters of Administration, in the said County; James Henry Sipes, who 
being duly sworn according to law doth depose and say that Nancy Sipes late of 
Colerain Township of said County, deceased died at her home in said township, on 
or about, Friday the 6th day of March A.D.1885 of said day to the best of his 
knowledge and belief.

Bedford the following named appraised sig: W. C. Feller and Anthony Smith
Of the township of Colerain, in the said County, who pose their solemn oaths, do 
say, that they, at the request of James Henry Sipes, Administrator of the estate 
of Nancy Sipes, deceased, will well and truly, without prejudice
Or partiality value and appraise the goods and chattels, rights, and credits, 
which were of the said deceased, and in all aspects perform their duties as 
appraisers to the best of their skill and judgment.
