Bedford County Will Book 5, page 519

I WILLIAM O'NEAL of Monroe Township, Bedford County, Penna, being of good sound
mind do make this my last will and testament, that after my death my body be
decently intered, my funeral expenses paid and my other just and legal debts be
paid if any. I then will and bequeath to JAMES R. O'NEAL two hundred dollars
that I paid as bail to THOMAS RICHEY and one hundred that he received from JAMES
WEINER that was coming to me, and sixty five dollars that he received from JOB
O'NEAL, one hundred and fifty dollars that I paid him as expenses at Mercersburg
College, four hundred dollars worth of material and hauling furnished to build
him a house in Clearville. The above is just what I charged with and does not
include what I gave him, and in addition to the above I will that he shall have
one dollar and fifty cents out of my estate and that shall be all he is to
receive.

I then will and bequeath to RUEBEN P. O'NEAL, my second son, one half of the
farm on which he lives for which I paid six hundred dollars for the one half. I
also will him one horse valued at one hundred dollars. In addition to this I
will that he shall receive one dollar and fifty cents out of my estate and that
is all that he is to receive.

I then will and bequeath my third son WILLIAM R. O'NEAL, the farm on which he
lives and for which he has a good deed, and also one dollar and fifty cents out
of my estate.

I then will and bequeath to JOHN E. O'NEAL, my fourth son, two hundred dollars
he borrowed from me for which I have his note, also three hundred dollars for
which I bailed him to Mrs. Koons with costs for collections. I also desire my
executors to collect from the said John E. O'Neal the two hundred dollars my
wife lent him with interest from date. In addition I leave him one dollar and
fifty cents out of my estate and this is all he is to receive.

I then will and bequeath to my daughter RACHEL SARAH GRUBB fifteen acres of
ground more or less which lays to the right of the Clearville wa(r)d and joins
lands of Joseph Kenard on the North and Mrs Anderson on the east and W.R. O'NEAL
on the south and west and after her death it's to go to her children. She is
also to have the home place for which she has a good and legal deed. I also will
that after the death of me and my wife that she is to have all things that
belong to me in and about the house. This is not to prevent me from selling any
of them for my own profit during my life. She and her husband are to keep me and
my wife in everything we may require and take care of us during our lives. I
also appoint my friend B.F. MANN and my son WILLIAM R. O'NEAL as executors in
this my last will and testament by which they shall have reasonable
compensation. The said B.F. MANN is to do the principal part of the business and
is to be assisted by my son William R. O'NEAL. This first day of March A.D.
