Bedford County Will Book 11, p. 486

I, Reuben P. O'Neal of Monroe Township, Bedford County and State of 
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and disposing memory and understanding make 
and publish this my last will and Testament as follows:

Item. After my decease I direct that my body be interred at the Frame Church 
burial ground in Monroe Township by the side of my wife.

Item: I give devise and bequeath my mansion farm in Monroe Township, Bedford 
County, Pa, adjoining lands of Daniel Bennett, William Diehl, Careda Bookware 
and other containing two hundred and fifty four acres, more or less, to my 
grandson Ira. E IMES his heirs and assigns forever at a valuation of Sixteen 
Hundred dollars of which amount he shall pay to my executor herein after named 
the sum of twelve hundred dollars as follows: Three hundred dollars in one year 
after my death and Three hundred dollars yearly thereafter until he has paid the 
sum of Twelve Hundred dollars without Interest. The remaining four hundred 
dollars he is not to pay but is to have the same as a consideration for the many 
kindnesses he has shown me from time to time.

Item: All the rest of my real estate and personal property of whatsoever kind 
and whereever situate I direct my executor hereinafter named to sell at public 
or private sale as soon after my decease as convieniently may be and for that 
purpose I authorize and direct my Executor to make a deed or deeds for my land 
with the same force and effect as I might or could have done if living.

Item: After payment of debts and expense owed the special legacy above named of 
four hundred dollars out of the valuation of the mansion farm to Ira E. IMES, I 
give and bequeath my estate to be divided into six equal shares and by my 
Executor to be paid as follows: To wit, To Ary Catharine my Daughter 
intermarried to David REDINGER, one share. To my daughter Jane Blankley one 
share. To Martha IMES intermarried with Thornton IMES, one share. To the two 
children of my deceased daughter Alcinda WORTHING together one share. To my 
daughter Anna WORTHING and to my daughter Harriet SCHWARTZWALDER, each one 
share.

Item: Should with ??????? above manner Legatees of such die before my death I 
leave the Issue of such deceased ??????? will take what would have been the 
parents share.

Item: I constitute, nominate and appoint E.M. Pennell, Esq. Executor of this my 
Will.

Witness my hand and seal this 27th day of June A.D. 1911.
