I, John O'Neal of Chaneysville, Southampton Township, Bedford County and State 
of Penn. being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this as my last will 
and testament in manner following:

1st I direct my just debts if any and my funeral expences to be promptly paid by 
my Executors hereinafter named.

2nd I give and bequeath to my wife Alice O'Neal all my Real and personal Estate 
for and during her lifetime.

3rd. I give to my wife Alice O'Neal the sum of fifteen hundred dollars and the 
choice of one horse and one cow.

4th I give and bequeath to my daughter Grace O'Neal the sum of fifteen hundred 
dollars over and above an equal share of my Real and Personal Estate.

5th To my son Edgar O'Neal I give and bequeath Fifteen hundred dollars over and 
above an equal share of my Real and personal estate.

6th As to the balance of my Real and Personal Estate, I give and Bequeath to my 
sons Hughes O'Neal, Elwood O'Neal, Irvin O'Neal, Marshall O'Neal and my daughter 
Ada O'Neal's heirs and namely Grace Means and Edith Means and my daughter Grace 
O'Neal and my son Edward O'Neal the balance of my Real and personal property 
each share and share alike.

7th And I constitute and appoint my daughter Grace O'Neal and my son Edward 
O'Neal as my executors of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I John O'Neal the Testator have to this my last will set my 
hand and seal this 11 day of December A.D. 1926.

Signed sealed and declared by the within named John O'Neal as and for his last 
will and testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names 
at his request as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and of 
each other.
