Will of Martin Klotz, late of King Township, dated Oct. 3", 1893, probated Nov. 
21", 1895, decedent died Nov. 16", 1895

I, Martin Klotz, of King Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania, do make and 
publish this my last will and testament, viz: --

1st I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor 
as soon after my decease as possible.

2nd I give and bequeath (after my just debts are paid) to my daughter Margaret, 
all my Estate, Real, Personal or mixed absolutely.

3rd I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint J.C. Imler, Executor of this my 
last will and Testament. Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third 
day of October, A.D. 1893.

Signed, Sealed, Published and Declared by the above named Martin Klotz, as and 
for his last will and testament, in presence of us who have hereunto subscribed 
our names in the presence of the said Testator.

Bedford County, Ss. Personally appeared before me, Wm. S. Lysinger, Register for 
the probate of Wills, &c. in and for said County L.S. Imler and Elizabeth Imler, 
the two subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of Martin Klotz, 
late of King Township, deceased, who being duly qualified according to law, 
depose and say that they were personally present, and saw and heard the above 
named testator sign and seal, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of 
writing as and for his last will and testament, that they signed their names as 
witnesses at the request of said testator and in his presence and in the 
presence of each other, and at the time of so doing said testator was of sound 
mind, memory and understanding, to the best of deponents' knowledge and belief.
