Will written:  6th March 1885
Will Book 6, page 230, 231.

[daughter of:  Peter Wertz, Jr. & Sarah B.]

I   JANE KINTON  of Harrison Township, Bedford County and State of
Pennsylvania being advanced in years but of sound and disposing mind, memory
and understanding, do make this my last will and testament in the manner
following, viz: 
First,  I order all my just debts, if I owe any at the time of my decease, and
my funeral expenses to first be paid and satisfied.
Second, I give, devise and bequeath to my brothers  VALENTINE B. WERTZ  and
JAMES WERTZ  all my interest I have and property in the real and personal
estate of belonging or in coming to me or which I am entitle to receive, as an
heir of my brother HUGH  B. WERTZ,  deceased, so that they my said brothers
VALENTINE  and  JAMES  will take use and enjoy and own my share in my brother
HUGHS estate as their own property.   
Third, I give, devise and bequeath to Candas Crissy, wife of George Crissy,
my farm in Milligans Cove, on which she now resides, and this because I said
her and she was a good kind help to me.
Fourth, I give and bequeath to my son  THEODORE KINTON  and my daughter  SARAH
STUCKEY,  wife of  ALAN S. STUCKEY, my money, rights and bonds, out above
bequeaths, to be equally divided between them share and share alike.
Lastly, I hereby appoint my  nephew  VITALIS WERTZ, executor of this my was
will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me have before at any
time made and declared this to be my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day
of March A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty five.

Signed, sealed and published, pronounced and declared by JANE  KINTON
testator to be her last will and testament in our presence who have signed the
same as witnesses at her request and in her presence and the presence of each
other.

Personally appeared before me  James M. Mickel, Register for the probate of
wills, in and of said County.  A. G. Bruner and E. H. Kerr, Esq. Two of the
subscribing witnesses to the last will and testament of  JANE KINTON  late of
Harrison, deceased who being duly qualified according to any [?] and say that
they were personally present and saw and heard the above named testatrix sign
and seal, pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for
her last will and testament, that they signed their names as witnesses  at the
request of said testatrix and in her presence and in the presence of each
other, and at the time of so doing said testatrix was of sound mind, memory
and understanding to the best of deponents knowledge and belief.
