In the name of God Amen, I, Amanda M. Eichelberger of 
Harrison Township, Bedford County, Pennsylvania being of 
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish 
this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former 
wills by me made at my time heretofor made.

First. It is my will that my funeral expenses shall be paid 
by my executor, hereinafter named, out of my personal estate 
as soon as my decease as shall be him found convenient.

Second. After the payment of funeral expenses and other 
necessary charges, I give and bequeath to my beloved husband 
George W. Eichelberger the use of the personal property, 
every thing here being mine, during his life or so long as 
he shall choose to keep house, at his death or such time as 
he shall no longer ned the property, it shall be sold or 
equally divided between my four children, Michael Warden 
Eichelberger, Rudolph Wilson Eichelberger, Margaret T. Benna 
and Sarah Jane Eichelberger.

Third. The lot of ground belonging to me (upon which a 
stable is erected.) being about 15 feet wide and 124 feet 
long, to be sold by my executor and the proceeds to be 
equally divided between my four children.

(note: it jumped from third to fifth, nothing about 
"fourth")

Fifth. I hereby authorize and empower my executor 
hereinafter named to make a deed for said land to any person 
or persons who may purchase it at a sale thereof made in 
pursuance of the fourth item and to deliver such deed to the 
person or persons buying said land.

Lastly, I nominate and appoint my son Michael Warden 
Eichelberger sole executor of this my last will and 
testament. In witness whereof, I the said testator have to 
this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 
15th day of September 1902.

Signed, sealed, and published and declared by the above 
named Amanda M. Eichelberger, as and for her last will and 
testament who have seen her make her mark and herunto 
subscribe our names at her request as witness thereto in the 
presence of said testator and of each other.
