possible after my decease.

Second, I direct that all my personal property be sold as soon as it can be
conveniently done after my death, and proceeds applied to the payments of my
debts.

I give and devise and bequeath to my wife, Susan, one-third of all my estate
real and personal.

I further direct that my son Clarence shall have a good and suitable horse and
such other property as will make him equal with what I have given my other sons,
and that my daughter, Ada Belle, shall have personal property, equal to that
given to each of my married daughters.

I further direct that about one third of my land, including the INKs tract and
that purchased from Jacob THOMAS be surveyed off from the balance of the farm.
The line to start with the eastern line of the INKs tract, following said line

east and extending to the line of the Benjamin EGOLF farm. The deviation from a
straight line with the INKs property not to exceed from three to six rods before
it reaches the Benj. EGOLF line. This part of the farm to be bounded by lands
of Benj. EGOLF, Isaiah HOOVER and others. After this part of the farm shall
have been appraised, my son W. L. EGOLF shall have the privilege of taking it at
the appraised value.

I further direct that my interest in two tracts of land in Shade Twp., Somerset
Co., shall be sold as soon as possible and the proceeds applied to the payment
of my debts.

The Schellsburg Hall Association Stock held by me shall be disposed of by my
Executors, as in their judgment shall seem best.

I further direct that in the division of my estate, my heirs shall all receive
share and share alike.
