  Will of Abraham B. Bunn - In the name of God Amen, I, Abrm. B. Bunn, of
  Schellsburg, Bedford County, Penna. Being of sound mind but of feeble health,
  And considering the uncertainty of life, do make and publish this my last Will
  and Testament.  First, it is my desire that all my debts and funeral expenses
  be paid.  Second, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife all my estate both
  real and personal, and if my Executors, hereinafter named, think it advisable
  to dispose of my land in Somerset County, they have power to sell and convey
  the same, and after the decease of my wife, I desire that my Estate be equally
  divided, share and share alike, between my children.  And I do constitute and
  appoint my wife, John S. Shell and John T. Ross to be my executors of this my
  last Will and Testament written at Franklin this 21st day of November A.D. 
1866.

  Schellsburg August 31st A.D. 1868, the foregoing not having been witnessed at
  Franklin, I have again signed, Published and declared the foregoing to be my
  Will and Testament in the presence of the following witnesses who have signed
  the same at my request this 31st day of August 1868.

  Bedford County, SS - Personally appeared before the subscriber, Register of
  Wills, &c for Bedford County, Samuel Cool and Peter Dewalt subscribing
  witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, who, being sworn, deposeth,
  that the testator Abraham B. Bunn declared in their presence that the 
foregoing
  instrument was his last will and testament, and that the signature thereto
  purporting to be his was his genuine signature, and that he desired them to
  sign the same as witnesses thereto, and at the time of so doing he the said
  testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the 
best
  of  their knowledge and belief.
