LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF SUSAN (ZOOK) BULGER  (13 December 1890)

I, Susan BULGER of Woodbury Township, Bedford County, and State of Pennsylvania,
being weak in body but of sound and ____  of mind, do write this my last will and
testament.

It is my desire that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and satisfied as
soon as the circumstances will permit.  It is my will that my household goods and
furnishings be equally divided among my five sons, namely William, Aaron, Wesley,
Andrew, and Franklin BULGER.  All my other property, goods, and outstanding accounts
of whatsoever kind or nature, I give and bequeath to my five sons above named or
their legal heirs, they to share and share alike and each get and receive an equal
share so that one may get and received the same amount, but only after the following
course have been charged as below, for three of my sons have owed me these stated
sums for some time.  My son, William BULGER got from me the sum of One hundred
dollars which he never paid back to me and this amount shall be taken from his
share.  My son Aaron BULGER received also One hundred dollars ($100.00) which shall
be likewise be deducted from his share.  My son, Wesley BULGER got and received from
me the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) which amount is to be deducted from his share in
the same manner.

The property on and house and the money owing by my husband Abraham B. BULGER shall
not be disturbed so long as he does not sell the property whereon we now reside, but
should he sell or remarry then the property is to pass to my children and the
collections made, and the goods, furniture and money arising to be divided as
aforesaid mentioned.

I do hereby appoint and constitute Wm. H. CLOUSE of Woodbury, PA, Executor of this
my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereunto ___ my hand and seal
this 13th day of December A.D. 1890.
