In the name of God Amain, I Robert Bradshaw of the Township of Colerain and
County of Bedford being sick and Weak in body but of sound and disposing mind
and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in maner following that is
to say first I Commend my soul into the hands of almighty God my Creator
hopeing thrue the mercies and the merits of Jesus Christ to be Eternally
happy and my body I Commit to the Erth to be decently enterred at the
discretion of my Executors hereafter mentioned and as to my Worly substance
where with it hath pleased God to Bless me with. I give and bequeath the same
as follows, Imprimis it is my will that all my Will that all my gust debts &
funeral expences be paid and discharged with all convenent speed after my
decase I Lave and bequath unto my three beloved daughters that is Lettice
Bell, Ann Hughs, Mary Miller five pounds each one I Likeway Lave and bequath
unto my grand Suns that is to say Robert Bradshaw, Robert Hughs, Robert
Miller, Robert  Bradshaw, Robert Bradshaw, one hundred acors of land
situatted in Colerain Township and County of Bedford for to be equally
divided between them if any of them shold decase before the shold Com of age
their part is to be equally devided among those that survives. I Lave my
beloved Daughter inlaw Mary Bradshaw Two pounds I Lave my beloved son Robert
Bradshaw one pair of black Velvit Britches and one black Velvit gacket. I
gave unto my son David Bradshaw all the rest of my Body Close. I also gave
and bequeath unto my gran daughter Ann Bradshaw fether Bed and bedclose. I
gave and bequath unto my three suns that is to say Thomas Bradshaw, Robert
Bradshaw, David Bradshaw the remainder part of my Estate when exposed to sail
I apoint my beloved Sun Thomas Bradshaw and John Stewart of the said County
and Township Exetors of this my last will and Testament, In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and sail this 26 day of december One thousan seven
hundred and ninety five.

Bedford County SS on the thirtieth day of January Anno Domini one thousand
seven hundred & ninety six, personally came before me the Subscriber Register
for the probate of Wills and granting letters of administration in & for the
County of Bedford in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the within named
Joseph Stewart & James Stewart the Subscribing Witnesses to the within
Instrument of writting & being duly Sworn according to law did declare & say
that they were personally Present & heard & saw the within Robert Bradshaw
make his mark, seal, publish and declar the said Instrument of writing as &
for his last will & Testament, that at the time of doing the same he the said
Robert Bradshaw the Testator was of sound & disposing mind & memory according
to the best of these deponents knowledge and belief & that they Subscribed
their names thereto as Witnesses to the Execution thereof in the presence of
the Testator & at his request.

Be it remembered that on the day & year last before written, The last Will &
Testament of Robert Bradshaw deceased in due form of law was proved before me
and letters testamentary were granted to Robert Bradshaw & John Stewart
Executors in the said Will named being first duly Sworn well & truly to
administer the said deceased's Estate and exhibit an Inventory thereof into
the Registers office at Bedford on of before the Seventh day of March next
1797, and a final Settlemont of their accounts on or before the 1st of March
1798 or where lawfully thereunto Required..
