DUVALL, JEREMIAH, 1832, v. 3, p. 9 Doctor of Hopewell Twp. 
to Mary W. Fenner, my eldest daughter, $1 besides what she 
has already received. to Benjamin P. Duvall, my eldest son, 
$1 to Naoma Derrel, $1 to John W. Duvall, $1 to Asa Duvall, 
all the tract of land on which I now live containing 75 
acres. . my daughters that are yet single: Anna and Sarah to 
Anna Duvall, the bed whereon I sleep to Sarah Duvall, two 
beds I give all my drugs and all that belongs to my medical 
practice to be equally divided between Asa, Anna, and Sarah 
Duvall after my decease. I give my part of the family Bibble 
in my possession for the use of the Bethel meeting house 
Appoint Asa Duvall and John Akers my executors Signed 19 
April 1830
Witnesses: William Anderson, John Akers
29 February 1832 letters testamentary granted to Asa Duvall
