The Wilkes-Barre Record
Death of John Wilson
John Wilson, aged 16, died last evening at the home of his mother, Mrs. Henry
Wilson, at Miners Mills, after an illness of only two days. He was employed
at the Sheldon Axle Works and on Saturday went home complaining of an illness
which on Sunday developed into diabetes. Besides his widowed mother he is
survived by two brothers and a sister, William, George and Bessie, all of whom
are younger.
The funeral of the young man will take place on Friday morning with a high
mass of requiem at St. Dominick's Church and interment in St. Mary's Cemetary
at Hanover.

Additional Comments:
The newspaper got his mother's name wrong, it should be Mrs. George Wilson,
not Henry.
