CHARLES H. CARVER farmer and dairyman, P.O. Fallsington, was 
born near Doylestown, Bucks county, September 11, 1851, and 
is a son of Aden and Sarah V. (Howell) Carver, the latter a 
native of New Jersey, and the former of Bucks county.  They 
were of English origin.  His father is a farmer and now 
resides in Falls township.  His family consists of two sons 
and three daughters.  Charles H. is the eldest son, and was 
reared on the farm in Bucks county.  He attended the 
district school, and has made farming his business.  He has 
also been engaged in the milk business, and has met with 
success.  He was married in 1873 to Anna Mary, daughter of 
George Bailey, she being of English origin.  They have two 
children, Anna B. and Rachel.  Mrs. Carver is a graduate of 
Millersville Normal school, and has taught school for about 
five years, and a part of that time in Fallsington Grammar 
school.  Mr. Carver is a republican.
