ANDREW J. CRONISE
  After a ten days' illness from typhoid fever and complications, Andrew J. 
Cronise died at his home in Biglerville at 1:48 a. m. Friday, aged about 67 
years. 
  Mr. Cronise was born in Maryland, a son of Jacob and Annie Cronise, both now 
deceased.  He was a graduate of the Poughkeepsie Business College.  For thirty 
nine years he had been a member of the Lutheran Church at Biglerville.  He 
held a membership with Gettsburg Council of the Royal Areanum.
  For the past thirty years he had been a traveling salesman in the employ of 
the Supplee Hardware Company of Philadelphia and he had a wide 
acquaintanceship over the territory that he covered.
  He leaves his wife and two children, Mrs. Charles Houck and Harry Cronise, 
both of Biglerville.  He also leaves five brothers and two sisters, Milton 
Cronise, Denver, Colorado; J. L. Cronise and Webster Cronise, of Roanoke, 
Virginia; Mrs. Charles Brubaker, Buchanan, Virginia; Mrs. Charles Williamson 
and Marshall Cronise, Batetort, Virginia; and A. C. Cronise, of Harmoney 
Grove, Maryland.  He leaves two grandchildren.
  Funeral from the late home Sunday afternoon at 130 conducted by Rev. C. F. 
Floto.  Interment in the Biglerville cemetery.
