MRS. BELL
  Mrs. Jane E. Bell, widow of Mr. Jesse Bell, who was a well known resident of 
Covanstown[?], died suddenly Friday night at the home of her son, Winfield 
Bell, with whom she lived.  She was the mother of Mr. Isaac Bell, of Frederick.
