  Robert Milo Brocious of RD1, Dayton died Friday, December 1, 1978 in his home 
  following an extended illness. He was 79 years of age.   Friends will be 
  received from 7 - 9 today, and from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 Sunday in the Frank O.Bly 
  Funeral Home in Dayton, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. 
  Robert D.Sayre, Pastor of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, will 
  officiate, with interment to follow in Copenhaver Crossroads Cemetery in 
  Redbank Township.   Mr. Brocious was born August 30, 1899 in Dry Ridge, 
  Redbank Township, the son of William and Polly (Deibler) Brocious. He was 
  married first to Elva Clare Himes, who died in 1929. He married Pansy L. 
  Anderson in 1939, and she survives. A lifetime resident of the Dayton area, 
  Mr. Brocious was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the Mt. Carmel 
  United Methodist Church.   Surviving in addition to his wife are twelve 
  children: Richard of RD 1, Templeton; Gerald of R.D 5, Punx'y; Merle of 
  Detroit, Michigan; Terry of Dayton; James, Victor and Gerald Yarger, all of 
  Hubbard, Ohio; Reed Yarger of RD1, New Bethlehem; Mrs. William (Velma) Hartman 
  of Warren, Ohio; Mrs. James (Claire) Deemer of Poland, Ohio; Mrs. John (Linda) 
  Bugay of Dayton and Mrs. Clifford S. (Peggy) Blose of RD 1 Dayton.   Also 
  surviving are 44 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Mrs. Lula 
  Hess of Rd 2, Mayport and Mrs. Edna Snyder of RD 4, Punxsutawney; and one 
  brother, Gilbert Brocious of Creekside.  He was preceded in death by two sons, 
  Wayne and Dwight; two grandsons, four brothers and four sisters.
