JOSEPH BEEMILLER.

Special to the Tribune.
  Bedford, Feb. 14. - Joseph Beemiller, an aged resident of this place, 
passed away late Wednesday night at his home on East Pitt street, after a 
lingering illness of paralysis, in his 81st year.  Deceased was born in 
Adams county and when a young man came to this section, for many years 
residing on a farm in Cumberland valley, not far from Bedford.  Within 
recent years he removed to town.  His wife and eight children survive: John 
of Wichita, Kan.; Gertrude Jordan, Frank and Albert Beemiller, of Akron, O.; 
Mrs. W. H. Straub and Miss Grace of this place, and Mrs. George Leonard and 
Mrs. James Heming, of Bedford township.  The funeral services will be held 
tomorrow morning in St. Thomas' Catholic church, of which he was a life-long 
member.  Interment in the cemetery near town.
