HEART ATTACK FATAL TO EVERETT RESIDENT

  Taken ill while returning to her home from Cumberland, Md., where she had 
visited a son in a hospital, Mrs. Catherine T. Barnett of Everett died 
suddenly of a heart attack yesterday afternoon.  The attack occurred within a 
short distance of Cumberland and the stricken woman was taken to the 
Alleghany hospital in Cumberland where it was found that death had been 
almost instant.
  Accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Louis Barnett of Six Mile Run, Mrs. John Rose 
of Riddlesburg, and Mrs. Edward Feather, Mrs. Barnett went to Cumberland to 
visit Robert F. Barnett of Weirton, W.Va., leaving her home in Everett early 
yesterday morning.
  Mrs. Barnett was born in Six Mile Run on April 16, 1866.  Surviving are six 
sons and daughters, L. R. Barnett of Six Mile Run, Olla Barnett of Honolulu, 
Mrs. Robert Harclerode of Hopewell, Mrs. J. T. Ross of Riddlesburg, Robert F. 
Barnett of Weirton, W.Va., and Milton Barnett of Everett.  Three brothers and 
three sisters also survive, Hugh McIntyre of New York city, Robert of 
Harrisburg, John of Six Mile Run, Mrs. Mary Ritchie of Central City, Mrs. 
Martha Gates of Wilkinsburg, and Mrs. Elizabeth Van Arsdale of Philadelphia.
  Mrs. Barnett was a member of the Presbyterian church.  Funeral services 
will be held at the home in Everett on Wednesday afternoon.  Interment will 
be made in the Everett cemetery.
