To nephew John Derringer, 2/3 of land after wife's death, other 1/3 at
wife's disposal. To wife Catharine rem. of plantation and land in
Providence. To Jacob Buckwalter, deed for rem. of land. To brother Adam
Derringer, 1 s. To sister Anna Elisabeth, 1 s. To Jacob Commins, sons
of Catharine Commins, 25 pds. when of age. To wife rem. of all movable
estate.
