Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


CHEYNEY, RICHARD, Thornbury Twp.
June 14, 1791 - June 25, 1791.
Wife's name not given. To children: Jane CHEYNEY, John CHEYNEY, William,
Elizabeth and Mary CHEYNEY, to son Charles one hundred pounds of gold 
to remain until he is twenty one in charge of Bank of North America. 
Executors to sell land and give two thirds to sons John and William and 
one third to three daughters Jane, Elizabeth and Mary. Action to be 
brought against Jacob BROOM, Esq. for remainder of purchase money of 
the mill property in tenure of Joseph TATNALL - mentions partnership in 
land in Huntingdon with John WANNISON. Exrs: Sons John and William.
