Delaware Co Wills, 1789-1834


BUNTING, JOSIAH, farmer and graizer, in the seventy fourth year of my 
age, Darby.
May 7, 1808 - October 15, 1813.
Daughter Elizabeth BUNTING stone house and lot on east side of High 
Street line of Richard LLOYD, daughter Martha also house on High Street,
daughter Hannah house adjoining the above, started son Josiah BUNTING 
in business, daughter Ann a legacy, son Joseph two lots W. side of High 
Street beginning at Richard LLOYDS, etc. to Jos. MORGAN'S also meadow 
lot line of Mathue JONES, etc. Strip of land offered to the Meeting for 
right of way, and if not accepted, to go to John as also the south west 
end of plantation, lines of HEACOCK'S lot according to BLUNSTON'S Deed, 
MORGAN'S, James and William BUNTING'S and BONSAL'S land to a corner of 
Elizabeth's, etc. Samuel Land adjoining James and William BUNTING'S 
land running from their land to land of Joseph MORGAN, etc. Executors 
to sell land in Kingsessing willed to wife Sarah by her father.
Exrs: Sons Samuel, Josiah, Joseph and John.
Wits: Isaac SULLINDER, Samuel BUNTING and William BUNTING.
Codicil of December 22, 1810. Gives Martha ANDREWS and Hannah BUNTING 
more land. Sons Samuel and Joseph renounced December 21, 1813. #391.
