 Robert Buterbaugh

 Robert F. Buterbaugh, 78, Com-
 modore RD 1, died Saturday, Jan. 3,
 1998, at Allegheny General Hospital
 in Pittsburgh.
  The son of Noble Sr. and Flora
 Bash Buterbaugh, he was born on
 Nov. 11, 1919, in Wandin.
  Mr. Buterbaugh attended the Cal-
 vary Baptist Church, Clymer RD 1.
  He was a member of Carpenters
 Union Local 1419, F&AM Lodge 753,
 Indiana, and the Coudersport Con-
 sistory. He was also a U.S. Army
 veteran of World War II.
  He had been employed for 29 years
 at the former Greensteel Chalk-
 board, Dixonville.
  Surviving are his children: Bobby
 Buterbaugh and his wife, Linda,
 Commodore RD 1; Larry Buter-
 baugh, Indiana RD 3; and Mrs.
 Russell (Wendy) Lee, Mahaffey RD
 2; and six grandchildren. He is also
 survived by these siblings: Samuel
 J. Buterbaugh, Reedsport, Ore.;
 Emest L. and David N. Buterbaugh,
 both of Indiana; Mrs. Edna Vasbin-
 der, Clymer RD 2; Martin G. Buter-
 baugh,Clymer RD 2; Mrs.
 Annabelle Hayes, Indiana; Paul R.
 Buterbaugh, Conover, N.C.; Bud D.
 Buterbaugh, Penn Run RD 1; and
 Mrs. Raymond (Shirley) Brantley,
 Aiken, S.C.
  He was preceded in death by his
 wife of 43 years, Ann Lee Bellamy,
 on Nov. 6, 1989; his daughter, Cindy
 Lou Buterbaugh; parents; two
 brothers, Harry B. Buterbaugh and
 Noble B. Buterbaugh Jr.; two sis-
 ters, Dorothy J. and Mary Lou
 Buterbaugh; and his half-brother,
 Elmer Lockhart.
  Friends will be received from 2-4
 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Albert E.
 Rairigh Funeral Home, Hillsdale,
 where a funeral service will be
 conducted at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with
 the Rev. Dr. Daryl Jeffers officiat-
 ing. Interment will be in the East
 Mahoning Cemetery, Purchase
 Line.
