MRS. SARAH ANN LONG BOTHEL
Mrs. Sarah Ann LONG BOTHEL wife of D. P. BOTHEL, former county commissioner, 
aged 73, died in her home near Creekside at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, following an 
illness of heart trouble.
     Mrs. BOTHEL was a daughter of Matthew and Rebecca LONG. She was united in 
marriage with Mr. BOTHEL on Sept 8, 1881. Besides her husband, Mrs. BOTHEL is 
survived by the following sons and daughters:
Mrs. Lawrence CAMPBELL, of Indiana;
Clair BOTHEL, of Creekside;
Thomas BOTHEL, of Ravena, O.;
Mrs. David WATKINS, of Ernest;
Ira BOTHEL, of Leechburg;
Mrs. Clements CLARK, of Leechburg; 
Floyd BOTHEL, of New York City;
Maurice BOTHEL and
Miss Martha BOTHEL, at home and 
19 grandchildren.
     Funeral services were conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday by Rev. Samuel Shane 
of Indiana, and Rev. Copeland, of Turtle Creek, former pastor at the Plumcreek 
United Presbyterian church. Interment followed in the Plumcreek United 
Presbyterian church cemetery.
