Funeral Services were conducted on Sunday afternoon in the Saltsburg
United Presbyterian Church by the pastor Rev. C.C. Mc Nary , assidted by
Rev. J.S.
Harker of Saltsburg for Mrs. Ella Beatty, age 72 years, a former resident
of Saltsburg,
who died on Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Garretson of
Carnegie.
The deceased, whose maiden name was Miss Ella McBride, was the widow of
Huston
Beatty. For many years she resided in Saltsburg and held membership with
the nited
Presbyterian Church at that place. Besides her daughter she leaves these
brothers and
sisters, James W. McBride, <rs. Nannie Boden, and Mrs Lizzie Love of
Saltsburg; J.
Edward McBride of Portland, Oregon; Harry McBride of Norwood, Ohio, and
Thomas
McBrioe of Verona, Pa.
