Delores Barney

  Delores J. Barney, 62, 261 Sarah
st., Homer City, died Thursday,
Feb. 19, 1998, at her home.
  The daughter of Theodore and
Allene Krutzer Beech, she was born
Jan. 19, 1936, In Friedens, Pa.
  Mrs. Barney was a member of the 
St. Louis Roman Catholic Church,
Lucernemines; a Democratic com-
mittee member of Indidana County
and a former member of the Homer
City Women's Club.
  She is survived by her husband,
George M. Barney, Homer City; a
son, Richard Barney, Homer City; 
two daughters, Diane Barney, Ho-
mer City, and Theresa Kent and her 
husband, Ronald, Hamilton, Pa.,
and three grandchildren.
  She is precided in death by her 
parents.
  Friends will be received from 6 to 
9 p.m. Friday at the C. Fredrick
Bowser Funeral Home, Homer City,
where a Vigil service will be held at
8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial
will be held Saturday at 10 A.m. at
the St. Louis Roman Catholic
Church, Lucernemines, with the 
Rev. Fr. James Goldberg officiat-
ing.
  Interment will follow in the church 
cemetery.

A tree will be planted in living memory 
of Delores J. Barney.
