Mrs. Emma J. Harden
Woodlyn Resident
Mrs. Emma Johnson Harden, Wife
of Wesley R. Harden, 1313 Bullen's
Lane, Woodiyn, died Tuesday morn-
ing in Delaware County Hospital,
where she was taken Sunday following
a two weeks' illness.
She was the daughter of the late
George and Mary Johnson and was
a native of Chester. She was a
member of Madison Street Methodist
Church, and was a charter
member of the auxiliary of Stevenson
American Legion Post.
Besides her husband she leaves a son, Wesley
of Clifton Heights, and three daughters, Mrs. Ida
Kunstek of Overlook Heights and Frances
and Alice at home; three grandchildren;
a sister, Mrs. Ida Busby
and a brother, William T. Johnson,
both of Chester.
Rev. Horace N. Olewiler of Madison
Street Church will conduct
funeral services Friday at 2.30 p. m.
:from the Imschweiler funeral parlors,
1600 Edgmont av., with buriaf
in Chester Rural Cemetery. Friends
may call Thursday evening, 7 to 9.
