                            MARY E. HAMPTON

            MARY E. HAMPTON, widow of LEWIS HAMPTON, who
        died yesterday, will be buried from the residence of her son,
        WILLIAM E. HANNUM, Village View, Media. Saturday
        afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Media cemetery.

            Mrs. MARY E. HAMPTON, aged 55 years, widow of 
        LEWIS HAMPTON, died yesterday at the home of her son,
        WILLIAM E. HANNUM, in Village View.

            Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock, Saturday
        afternoon. Interment at Media cemetery.

                        MRS. MARY E. HAMPTON

            Funeral services were held Saturday for Mrs. MARY E.
        HAMPTON, aged 55 years, widow of LEWIS HAMPTON, at
        the residence of her son, WILLIAM E. HANNUM, Village 
        View, Media.
            Rev. George Wortley, pastor of the First Baptist Church,
        Media and Rev. William H. ___ , pastor of the First Methodist
        Episcopal Church, Media, officiated. 
            Interment was at Media Cemetery. The pallbearers were:
        JACOB KAUTZ, HOWARD BAKER, ENOS BAKER, HARRY
        BAKER, EMERALD BROOMALL and GEORGE WILLIAMSON.
            Mrs. HAMPTON, was the daughter of the late, DANIEL
        and TAMAR BAKER. She was born in Delaware county ___
        she had always resided.
            Surviving are the following children: WILLIAM HANNUM,
        LE ROY HANNUM, SAMUEL KEMP, THEODORE KEMP,
        of Media; BEAUMONT HAMPTON of L___ and
        Mrs. ELRIDGE (JAMES) PEGLER of Sugartown and a 
        brother, GEORGE BAKER, of Media.

         Mrs. W. Ellis Miles (Jessie Hampton); Mrs. James Elridge Pegler (Ada Hampton - adopted 
         by her Uncle George Samuel Baker); Samuel T. Kemp and Theodore J. Kemp
 
         Daughter of Daniel and Tamar (nee Sharp) Baker
         Granddaughter of Samuel Sharp and Susanna Evans of Willistown
 
 Interment in Media Cemetery with son Theodore J. Kemp
