                   "Body Brought Here"

The body of CHARLES (CHICK) FRAZER, a colored
man who formerly lived here, when he was a baseball
player of some note, was brought to this place a few
days ago from his home in West Philadelphia and given
interment in the old Thornbury A. M. E. Cemetery, near
    Cheyney.
Reports differ as to the manner of the man's taking
off, one belay to the effect that he committed suicide,
after shooting another during a quarrel, while another
report has it that he was murdered by a party as yet
unknown, this late theory being borne out by the fact
that no weapon was ever found by which his wound
    might have been self-inflected.
