DEATH OF A YOUNG MAN.-Mr. Amos Burhouse, a young man aged 22 years, who has 
been employed in the box mill of John H. Stroud & Co., South ward, died about 
one o'clock yesterday afternoon of typhoid fever.  He was a native of 
Conshohocken and had been employed by the Messrs Stroud & Co. for about two 
years.  He was an exemplary young man, winning the respect and confidence of 
his employers and a large circle of friends.  His body was sent to 
Conshohocken last evening by undertaker Fairlamb.
