This obituary come from an unknown paper. It was cut out and put into a photo album by
its original owner, who gave them to me in 1997. It is a copy of the original with no
corrections to its spelling or punctuation. I have changed the format to fit it onto 1 page.

DeBOLT, CHESTER R.  Age 65 years of 67 Connor St., Uniontown died in the
Uniontown Hospital, Saturday, Aug. 18, 1973 at 5:30 a.m. He was born in Masontown,
April 26, 1908, the son of the late John and Zetta Deffenbaugh DeBolt. He was a coal
operator at the Robena Mine, a member of the Uniontown Church of the Brethern and
UMW of A, Robena Local No. 6321. He is survived by his wife, Leota Corder DeBolt;
one son, C. Gerald DeBolt of Uniontown; two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Roma) C. 
Holloway of Pleasant Hills, Pa., Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Miller of Bridgewater, Va.; four
brothers, Edgar DeBolt of West Orange, N.J., a twin brother, Lester DeBolt of 
Masontown, Galen DeBolt of Detroit, Mich., Christian DeBolt of Masontown; three
sisters, Miss Marie DeBolt and Mrs. Edith Honsaker both of Masontown, Mrs. Ruth
Ainsley of Kent, Ohio. Four grandchildren: Rhonda and Robb Holloway, Rod and Chery
Miller. The family will receive friends in the Andrew D. Ferguson Funeral Home, 80
Morgantown St., Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m., Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. and
Tuesday from 12 noon until 1 p.m., the hour of service in the Fairview Church of the
Brethren, Masontown, with Rev. Cecil Hess officiating. Interment will follow in the 
Fairview Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the building
fund of the Uniontown Church of the Brethern
