This obituary came from an unknown paper. It was cut out 
and put into a scrapbook by its original owner.  It was 
later photocopied and given to me in 2002.

GILBERT D. COFFMAN

    Funeral services for Gilbert D. Coffman, aged 70, 
who died Monday night, February 27, 1933, at his home in 
McCellandtown, will be held Thursday afternoon.
Mr. Coffman was a member of the Jacobs Lutheran church of 
which he was an elder.  Surviving are his widow, 
Mrs. Mary Coffman; two children, W. Ray Coffman, San Antonio, 
Texas, and Mrs. W. L. Rankin, Uniontown one step-daughter, Miss
Hallie Hastings, McCellandtown, and five grandchildren.  
He also leaves the following half brothers and sisters: 
Mrs. Francis Rider, Mrs. A. E. Newman, Miss Lydia Coffman and 
J. A. Coffman, all of McCellandtown.  
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mrs. Ida Mae 
Hostetler Coffman, nine years ago.
