This obituary come from an unknown paper. It was cut out and put into a photo album by
its original owner, who gave them to me in 1997. It is a copy of the original with no
corrections to its spelling or punctuation.


COFFMAN, MRS. ETTA COREaged 
65, of McClellandtown, died early Fri-
day morning, July 7, 1950, following 
a lingering illness. Surviving are her 
husband, Frank E. Coffman, and these 
children Elsie of Pittsburgh; Mar-
garet, at home; Glenn of Church Hill;
Mrs. Maude (Alice) Fordyce of Lam
berton; Mrs. Carl (Ruth) Brashear of 
Footedale; Mrs. Jaynes (Ora) GaIderise 
of Uniontown: 26 grandchildren; three 
sisters, Mrs. Mary D. Longnecker of 
Khedive; Mrs. Nancy Nicholson of 
Smithfield; Mrs. Jonnie Haught of 
Uniontown. Mrs. Coffman was a mem-
ber of the Church Hill Presbyterian 
Church and Lina Bemies Sunday 
School class. Friends will be received
in the Sangston Funeral Home, Mc
Cellandtown, after 1 o'clock this af-
ternoon where services will be con-
ducted Sunday, July 9, at 2 p. m., with 
her pastor, Rev. David Hunter officiat
ing. Burial will be in the family plot, 
Jacobs Lutheran cemetery.
