Carnack death notice; synopsis, Fayette County

JOSEPH CARNACK	
1867-1951

Joseph Carnack, 84 years old, a retired farmer from Bullskin Twp.,
died at 3:35 o'clock  Monday, May 22, in Frick Memorial Hospital. The
funeral service will be held at the  Grimm Funeral Home at 2:30
o'clock Wednesday afternoon in charge of his pastor, Rev.  Harry
Slagle, pastor of the Church of God. Interment will be in Mt.
Pleasant Cemetery.

Mr. Carnack was born in Czechoslovakia and was married to the late
Anna Uhrin  Carnack.

Mr. Carnack leaves fours sons: Jack of Cleveland, Ohio; Joseph, Jr.
of Jeanette, Rev.  Stephen of Decatur, Illinois and Andrew of
Trafford; two daughters, Diane (Mrs. Lloyd   McMullen) of Charleroi
and Mary (Mrs. Henry) Shelley of Scottdale; one brother John,  of Mt.
Pleasant; one sister, Mrs. Katherine McCulloh of Lakewood, Michigan;
18  grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
