Last Will & Testament of Nancy Sacket

In the name of God Amen I Nancy Sacket of Warriors Mark Township in the County 
of Huntingdon and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory but 
considering the uncertainty  of this Mortal life do make publish and declare 
this as my last will and Testament hereby revoking and setting aside all former 
Wills by me made as of no effect and void. First it is my Will that my body 
after my decease shall be descently interred and my soul I give to God who gave 
it
Second it is my Will that my funeral expences as well as all my just debts if 
any shall first be fully paid
Third it is my will that all my property Real and Personal that shall or may 
remain after paying all mentioned in the Second Item shall be given to my 
GrandSon John B. Fry of the Burough of Meadville Crawford County Pennsylvania 
and I hereby constitute and appoint John B. Fry my sole Executor  of this my 
last will and Testament giving him full power to sell make deeds Has fully as I 
could myself do if living. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand & seal to 
this my last will & Testament this twenty seventh day of September A D eighteen 
hundred and sixty

This 15th & 16th days of May A.D. 1867 before me A E Smucker Register for the 
Probate of Wills and granting letters of Administration in and for the County 
of Huntingdon personally came Benjamin F Patton & Peter N Burket the 
subscribing  witness to the above will, and being duly sworn according to law, 
did depose and say that they were and saw and heard Nancy Sacket the testatrix 
sign seal publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as 
and for her testament and last will and that at the time of so doing she the 
said testatrix was of perfect sound mind memory and understanding, to the best 
of their knowledge, observation and belief
