Last Will and Testament of Robert Lee

Be it Remembered that I Robert Lee of Wood bock Valley in the County of 
Huntingdon and Commonwealth of Pennyslvania  Farmer (?) being aged infirm but 
of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and Publish this my last Will 
and Testament in manner and form following that is to say It is my will and 
Request that  as soon as convenient after my Death my Executors hereinafter 
named shall sell and dispose of for the best price all my personal property 
together with the crop now in the ground and grass  in the meadows at Publick 
Vendue, at the same time Praise my Real estate value in Ready money also to 
rent it to the best advantage the term of three years situate in Woodbock 
Valley where I now live on containing one hundred and Sixty six Acres more or 
less and and the monies arising from thence as well as my Personal property 
after paying my just debts and Funeral expences I give devise and dispose of in 
manner and form following to wit first it is my will that Elizabeth my wife as 
long as she remains unmarried have her maintainance of this Estate but if she 
marries to have no part of it. I tem I give devise and bequeath unto my son 
James the farm I now live on he paying the sums herin after named to the 
several Legatees Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca the 
Sum of Fifty Pounds Lawful Money of Pennsylvania if she do not marry contrary 
to the will of the Executors I give and bequeath unto my Son Robert the Sum of  
Two hundred pounds Lawful money of Pennsylvania together with his Maintinaince 
the full term of five years Item I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter 
Elizabeth Starr wife of William Starr the Sum of Five Shillings lawful money of 
Pennsylvania Item I give devise and bequeath unto John McCulloh Son of my 
Daughter Sara Deceased Late the wife of William McCulloh the Sum of Five Pounds 
Lawful money of Pennsylvania to bequeath him when he arrives to Sixteen years 
of age. Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Son James here in before nemaed 
to Enable him to pay the Legatees above Named after the legal Debts and Funeral 
expenses above named are paid the Two thirds of all the Vendue money he to 
receive as soon as he becomes Responsible for the above Legacies and as to the 
Remainder and Redisdue of My Estate Personal if any be after paying the 
Legacies herein before devised and bequeathed I give Devise and bequeath the 
same unto the several Legatees herein before named to be divided between them 
Share and share alike and I do here by nominate Constitute and appoint 
Elizabeth my wife and Patrick Gwin to be Executors of this my last will and 
Testament.
   In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the thirteenth Day 
of June in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and three.

Huntingdon County ss(?) on the twenty first Day of July 1803 before me the 
Subscriber Register for the Probate of Wilss and granting Letters of 
Administration in and for the County of Huntindon personally came Ludwick 
Hoover and William Ramsey who being duly sworn did depose and say that they 
were present and did see and hear the above named Robert Lee sign, Seal publish 
pronounce and declare the above written instrument of writing as and for his 
last will and Testament and that at the time of such signing he was of sound 
and disposing mind and that they Subscribed their names thereto in presence of 
the Testators and at his request sworn and subscribed before me Wm Ramsey 
Luduick Hoover.

Memorandum Letters testmentary in common form were  granted to Patrick Gwin of 
the Estate of Robert Lee late of __________Township Dec'd. Inventory to be 
exhibited in one month and an act of his adm in one year or when legally 
required given under the seal of Office this 21st Day of July 1803.

Renunciation of Elizabeth Lee as Ecx of Rob Lee & Claim of Dower

Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Lee Widow & relict of Robert 
Lee late of Woodcock Valley in the County of Huntingdon Deceased Do hereby 
renounce all my rights and title as execturix of the last Will and Testament of 
the Said Robert Lee And further the Said Elizabeth Lee Do hereby refuse to 
receipt of the Estate so devised and bequeathed to me by the Said will and 
desire and it is my choice to  receive my Dower and that I may be endowed of 
all its goods & Chatthe Lands and Tenements of the said Deceased Witness my 
Hand and Seal the Twenty first Day of July A.D. 1803:
