Last Will & c. of Christian Lee, late of Jackson Township, deceased.

The Last Will and Testament of Christian Lee
In the name of God, amen, I, Christian Lee of the Township of Jackson and County 
of Huntingdon and, State of Pennsylvania, being sound in mind, yet weak in body 
and considering the uncertainty of life, do make and  deliver this my last will 
and testament revoking all other Wills  heretofore made by me. I first commit my 
soul to God my Maker and my body to the Earth from which it was taken, in the 
hope of a resurection to eternal life. Second, I direct my Executor herein after 
mentioned to pay all my lawful debts as soon as convenient after my decease. 
Third, I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter Add? V. Stewart the sum of One 
hundred dollars to be paid on year after my decease. Fourth I give and bequeath 
to my grand daughter Anna Sela Smith the sum of One hundred dollars to be paid 
on year after my decease. Fifth, I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter, 
Jinney Lee the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid two years after my decease 
and also one bed and bedsted and necessary clothing and the carpet in the room 
whose hir bed is and one Raw Rocing chare. Sixth, I give and bequeath to my 
grand daughter Fanney C. Lee one hundred and fifty dollars to be paid to her two 
years after my deceas and als two beds and bedsteds with clothing for them, one 
burau and close press, two tabouls, Six cane botm chres, two Rocing chares, one 
spring botim, one cane botim and bed room carpet, and parler cerpet, one wash 
stand. Seventh, I give and bequeath to my two daughters, Marey E. Smith, Nancy 
J. Stewart & James H. Lee the balanc to be equalley divided between them to 
share & share alike. Eight I also allow Seventy five dollars to be set apart for 
erecting grave stones to my grave, after my decaise and should thare be no grave 
stones placed at the grave of my last husband- Hanry Lee at my decease, I also 
allow Seventy fivev dollars to be used for tht purpose. Ninth and lastly, I 
appoint George Jackson of Jackson Township of Huntingdon Cunty of the State of 
Pennsylvania Executor of this my last will and testament.

Signed, Sealed and delivered this Eighteenth day of November in the year of our 
Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy-five.

This ninth day of Februrary A.D. 1876 before me, W. E. Lighner, Register for the 
Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for the county of 
Huntindon, personally came Fannie M. Jackson & Geo. Jackson the subscribing 
witnesses to the above Will, and, being duly sworn according to law, did depose 
and say that they were present and saw and heard Christian Lee the testator, 
sign, seal, publish, pronounce, and declare the foregoing instrument of writing 
as and for her testament and last will, and tht to the time of so doing she the 
said testtrix was of perfect and sound.....[missed copying the next page]
