Last Will and Testament of George King, deceased 

In the name of God amen, I George King of Shirley Township Huntingdon 
County and state of Pennsylvania being in midling state of health, but 
still in sound state of mind, and memory, and understanding thanks be 
to Almighty for the same, being mindful of my mortality do make and 
institute this my last will and testament. First, and principally I 
recommend my immortal spirit to God who gave it, in hopes of a joyful 
resurrection and my body to the earth (when it shall please God to 
separate my soul and body) to be burried decently at the discretion of 
my executors in a Christian like manner - and as to such worldly estate 
wherein it hath pleased God to bless me, I give and dispose there of as 
follows - I do nominate and appoint my beloved wife Mary King and my 
son James King  both of Shirley township  to be my executors of this my 
last will and testament - And it is further my will and desire that all 
my personall property which I may be in possin of at the time of my 
decease, shall belong and be the property of my beloved wife Mary - and 
it is my will and desire that if she should not choose to live in the 
house with any of her children, and was or will be her desire to have a 
house build on either part of my place, it shall be done at the joint 
and equal expense of my legal heirs that are in possession of my landit 
property - It is further my will and desire as respects my real estate 
to bequith and dispose of the same in the following manner - I bequith 
unto my son William King the lot and parcel of ground that is marked 
and plotted out & is in his possession at this time containing forty 
five acres more or less, and I bequith unto my daughter Elizabeth 
Newell the lot of ground that is maket and plotted out and is in her 
possession at this time supposed to contain forty five acres be the 
same more or less - I bequith unto my daughter Hanah Swope that lot or 
parcel of ground market and plotted out, and is in her possession at 
this time, containing forty five acres more or less. I bequith unto my 
son Charles King, the lott of ground that is market and plotted and is 
in his possession containing forty five acres more or less. I bequith 
unto my daughter Sarrah More the lott of ground that is market and 
plotted and is in her possession at this time containing forty five 
acres be the same more or less - and it is further my will and I do 
hereby bequith unto my sons John, George, Patrick and Hugh King eache 
and every the sum of one dollar to them in hand paide imediatly after 
my decease as their legacy by my daughter Hanah Swope - I further 
bequith unto my son James King the lot of grounds and parcel of lande 
market and plotted and is in his possession at his time containing 
forty five acres more or less. Item it is my will and I order and 
direct that all my just debts and personall expenses shall be paid 
jointly and equally by my legal heirs that are in possession of my 
landit property. I publish and declare hereto set my hands and seal the 
fifth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred 
and thirty three.

Huntingdon County  Go before me the subscriber Deputy Register for the 
probate of wills and granting letters of administration in and for the 
said county pf Huntingdon, personally appeared Henry Copenhaver and 
Peter Snyder who being sworn according to law do depose and say that 
they were personally present, and saw and heard the aforenamed George 
King sign, seal, execute, publish, pronounce, and declare the above & 
foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament; 
and that these deponents did sign their names thereto as witnesses in 
the presence of each other, and in the presence of the said testator, 
and at his instance and request; and that he the said testator was at 
the time of sound and disposing mind, memory, & understanding to the 
best of their knowledge and belief.
