                  LAST WILL, &C., OF ADAM KEITH, DECD.

No. 66                  
$9.90 pd.     
In the name of God, amen:
       I Addam Keith of Todd Township, Huntingdon County, Penna, Farmer, being 
in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind, do make, and declare 
this to be my will and testament in manner following:  That is to say __ I 
order that all my just debts funeral expenses and charges of proving this my 
will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied, and after payment thereof 
and every part thereof: I give and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Keith the 
sum of one thousand Dollars. I give and bequeath unto my son Isaac Keith the 
sum of Two Thousand Dollars. I give and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Keith 
one cow, of her own chooseing. I give and bequeath my grand child one cow or 
the value of one (twenty five Dollars) I give and bequeath unto Allice Evans 
one cow or the value of one (twenty five Dollars). I give and bequeath unto 
Allice Evans one cow or the value of one (Twenty five Dollars). I give and 
bequeath unto my wife Elisabeth Keith all my household goods as they now are 
in the house, during her lifetime, after which they are to be sold and the 
proceeds thereof to be equally divided among the surving heirs. I give and 
bequeath unto my son Isaac Keith and my grand-children Emery Evans, Allice 
Evans and Ollis Evans my two farms the one situated in Todd Township, the 
other in Lincoln Township both of Huntingdon County, Penn'a  my son Isaac 
Keith to have his choice of the two farms. The limestone quarry at Saltillo to 
go with the Homestead farm: my coal land in Clearfield County, Penn'a. I give 
and bequeath unto my son Isaac Keith to keep and hold or sell and distribute 
the proceeds equally among himself and my grand children aforesaid; if kept 
the royalty to be equally divided among himself and my grand children 
aforesaid.  All my personal effects such as stock farming utensils & to be 
sold at public outery and the proceeds thereof along with notes at interest to 
be equally divided among my son Isaac Keith, Emery Evans, Allice Evans and 
Ollise Evans do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Isaac Keith of Todd 
Township, Huntingdon County, Penn's. Executor of this my last will and 
testament set my hand and seal, the twenty; fourth day of November 1880. My 
wife Elizabeth Keith to hold her interest in both farms during her life.

County of Huntingdon:
          This 7th day of April A. D. 1881, before me, J. D. Kuntzelman, 
Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in 
and for the County of Huntingdon, personally came Annie Haffly and Jno. S. 
Haffly, the subscribing Witnesses to the above will, and being duly sworn, 
according to law, did depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard 
Adam Keith, the testator, sign, seal, publish, pronounce and declare the 
foregoing Instrument of writing as and for his testament and last will, and 
that at the time of so doing he the said testator was of perfect and sound 
mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge, observation 
and belief.

Huntingdon County, Ss:
     Before me, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of 
Administration, in and for said County, personally appeared Isaac P. Keith, 
who, being duly sworn, doth depose and say that Adam Keith late of Tod Twp 
died on or about the 29th day of March 1881, at about 6:45 o'clock a.m., and 
further saith not.

of April A. D. 1881, before J. D. Kuntzelman, Register

       Letters Testamentary issued on the estate of Adam Keith, decd.

On this 7th day of April A. D. 1881, in common form were this day granted to 
Isaac P. Keith, on the estate of Adam Keith,late of Tod Township,deceased.

Election of Huntingdon the widow of Adam Keith, decd. not to accept under his 
will

To J. D. Kuntzelman, Register of Wills in and for the County of Huntingdon
     I Elizabeth Keith, widow of Adam Keith, late of Tod Township, in said 
County, deceased, whose last Will accept under his ____& Testament was by your 
admitted to probate this day, hereby notify you and all parties interested, 
that I elect not to take under said Will and Testament of my deceased husband, 
but that I claim my rights as his widow under the intestate laws of the 
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Witness my hand and seal this 7th day of April 1881.
