This is the Will of Martin Van Buren Hirst, married to Susannah Anspach.  John 
Frederick Anspach is Susan's brother.  Susan and John F. are children on Jacob 
Anspach, and are mentioned in his will.

LAST WILL of V. B. HIRST

McAlevy's Fort, May 27th 1891

   I V. B. Hirst this day assign all my household & kitchen furniture and the 
balances of all my personal property to my wife Susan Hirst and I also give her 
all moneys in the house and in the bank I and all moneys due me coming in and I 
also transfer to her a judgment on Esquire Thompson Docket amount of Judgment 
five hundred dollars with interest coming to me from Jackson Township and I 
also transfer to her my wife my interest in a farm in Center County known as 
the all farm my interest being the one fifth she is to received the benefits of 
it products from this day on.

DATE OF DEATH of V. B. HIRST

Before me, Regiser for the Probate of Wills and Granling Letters of 
Admimistration, in and for said County personally appeared J F Anspach who, 
being duly swarn, doth depose and say that V. B. Hirst late of the village of 
McAlevy's Fort  died on or about the 11th day of June 1891 at 12 oclock P.M. to 
the best of his knowledge and belief swarn and subscribed this 22 day of June 
the 1891 before Mrs Isuilung, Registrar
