Last Will of Thomas GREEN, dec'd 

In the name of God Amen. I Thomas Green of Springfield Township,
Huntingdon County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but sound
in mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will & Testament. In
manner and form following: 1. I bequeath my soul into the hands of
_____. 2. I bequeath to my loving wife Sarah Green the third part of my
Estate and my desire and request is that my wife shall live with my son
Elisha at the home house. 3. I bequeath to my daughter Susan Rutter one
hundred acres of land lying at the foot of Sideling Hill near John
St___fore ___ with a horse and cow that I formerly gave her and no more.
4. To my son George Green, I give and bequeath that hundred and fifty
acres of land he now lives on with a horse and cow I formerly gave him
and no more. 5. To my son Isaac Green, I give and bequeath with the
horse and cow and the land I formerly gave him and no more. 6. To my son
Thomas Green. I give and bequeath that hundred and fifty acres of land
on which he now lives with the horse and cow I formerly gave him and no
more. 7. To my daughter Nancy Green. I give and bequeath one hundred
acres of land lying on the west side of Sidling Hill between the land of
Cole and Kemier and the feather bead now standing in her room with the
beading and furniture likewise one horse valued at fifty dollars and a
saddle and bridle valued at fourteen dollars and no more. 8. To my son
John Green I give and bequeath one hundred and fifty acres of land
joining Ashmans land and John Hudsons land now occupied by Levi Mack
likewise the horse and cow which I formerly gave him and no more. 9. To
my son Elisha Green I give and bequeath the home house with all other
buildings on the home place with half of the farming utensils with one
half the land belonging to the home place say two hundred and thirty
acres more or less to be divided between the said Elisha Green and Caleb
Green to be divided as follows; between the old orchard and the young
one through the cattle pasture to Samuel Cornelius land likewise the
disk I give to Elisha. 10. To my son Caleb Green I give an bequeath one
half of the land belonging to the home place to be divided as described
in Elisa Green legacy with one half of the farming utensils and after
the legacies is all paid the said Elisha and Caleb is to divide equal
all the live stock and household furniture that is to say the said stock
and furniture is to be equally divided between the said Elish and Caleb.
Be it remembered all my lawful debts is to be justly paid by Elisha and
Caleb. 11. My daughter Rebecca Campbell has received her portion in full
and no more. 12. As my son Abraham Green has got his portion and his
land is described in the deed I gave him it is not necessary to
described it here, but be it remembered that after my death if my sons
John Green and Elisha Green and Calib Green think proper to rebuild the
mill they are to enjoy the property for the said mill for the term of
six years. After the term of six years is expired my son John is to have
one half of the said mill and my son Abraham the other half of the mill.

Be it remembered the set of blacksmith tools I give, I give an bequeath
my son John Green. N.B. At the death of my wife I shish her to leave all
she may possess to Elisha Green. I hereby appoint my sons George and
John and Elisha sole Executors of this my last will and testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me made in writing of Whereof I have here
set my hand and seal this third day of April in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and twelve. Thomas (his G mark) Green (SEAL) 

Signed Sealed and published and declared by the above Thomas Green to be
his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and
in his presence hereunto subscribed our names as witness to the same.
John Johnston Jeremiah Duvall 

Huntingdon Co. Before me the subscriber Register for the Probate of
Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the said County
personally came Jeremiah Duvall one of the subscribing witnesses to the
within and foregoing instrument of writing who being duly sworn
according to law deposeth and saith that he was present and did see and
hear the within and above name Green sign seal publish pronounce and
declare the forgoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and
testament, and that at the time of such signing the said testate was of
sound and disposing mind according to the best of the deponents
knowledge and belief and that he subscribed his name there to as a
witness in the presence of the testator and at his request, and that
John Johnston the other subscribing witness subscribed his name there to
as a witness at the request of the deponent and that the name John
Johnston therein to seal scribed is the proper hand writing of the said
John Johnston. Sworn and subscribed the first day of April A.D. 1816
