RENUNCIATION OF ELIZABETH CURFMAN WIDOW &C OF JACOB CURFMAN, DECEASED

Mr. Glazier, Register                  Cassville, April 16, 1860
My husband, Jacob Curfman, is deceased, I having the legal right to 
administer, but do not wish to do so.  Therefore, I delegate, at the 
request of my deceased husband, Lemuel Green in my stead.
            Witness:
James Henderson - Austin Green

                        Lemuel Green, Admn. of Jacob Curfman deceased
Memorandum - Letters of Administration in common form were this day granted 
to Lemuel Green on the estate of Jacob Curfman, deceased Inventory to be 
exhibited in one month from this date and a just and true account, 
calculation and reckoning of his said administration within one year from 
the date hereof or when thereunto legally required. Given under my hand and 
official seal at Huntingdon this 17th April 1860.

The Report of J. H. O. Corbin Auditor in exceptions to the Account of Lemuel 
Green Admn. of Jacob Curfman decd  was read setting forth That after giving 
notice agreeably to the rule of said Court and having first been duly sworn, 
he attended for the purpose of his appointment at the Register's office on 
Friday the 27th day of September A. D. 1861 when and where a partial hearing 
of those interested was had, After which, at request of K. Milton Speer Esqr. 
Attorney for exceptants with the consent of A. W. Benedict Esqr. Attorney for 
Accountants, the meeting was adjourned until Wednesday the 9th day of October 
no meeting was ever had, as Mr. Speer withdrew his exceptions in the mean time

filed to the above number]
