The Petition of Jacob Barrick was read as follows to wit.
To the Honorable Judges of Court of Common Pleas for Huntingdon
County, Composing an Orphans Court at Huntingdon for said county the
5th of May AD 1807.
The Petition of Jacob Barrick acting administrator of all and
singular the goods and chattels rights and credits to which were of
William Barrick late of the county aforesaid deceased
Respectfully showeth That your Petitioner has made up and settled an
account of his administration of said estate before the Register as
appears by a certified copy thereof herewith exhibited. By which it
appears that he has received an account of said estate the sum of three
hundred and thirty three pounds sixteen shillings. And that the
disbursements made by him together with the allowance made by Register
for his care and trouble in the management of said estate amounts to
one hundred and forty four pounds nineteen shillings and three pence
which leaves a ballance in his hands of one hundred and eighty eight
pounds sixteen & nine pence subject to distribution. Your Petitioner
therefore prays your Honors to take his account into consideration and
if you think it proper confirm the same and order a distribution of the
ballance according to law.
Whereupon it is considered by the court and ordered that the said
account be confirmed and that Petitioner be allowed four dollars
counsel fee together with costs of court, and that residue be
distributed according to law.
