BENJAMIN M. BEAVER
Huntingdon, Pa.

Terminal Hostler:  Born at Entriken, Nov. 26, 1878.  Commenced his schooling 
at Entriken, Huntingdon Co., Pa.  A son of Anthony W. Beaver, a farmer, who 
died in 1925 at the age of sixty-eight years.  His widow, Margaret (Grove) 
Beaver, resides at Entriken, Pa.  In 1918 he entered the employ of the H.& 
B.T.R.R., where he has since been employed.  Formerly was a farmer.  He 
belongs to the Lutheran Church; his wife also.  He served on the school board 
for three terms at Entriken, Pa., and on the election board at Marklesburg, 
Pa., for one term.  Was also burgess of Marklesburg, Pa.  He belongs to the 
Brotherhood of  R.R. Firemen.  Three brothers: Samuel, married to Bessie 
Stone, farmers, Marklesburg, Pa.; Frank, Marklesburg, Pa.; Reuben, a minister 
of the Reformed Church, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  He was married to Margaret 
Stover.  Henry is deceased, died at the age of twelve years.  One sister, 
Edna, married to Charles Marine, a farmer, Entriken, Pa.; also one sister 
died in infancy.  Benjamin M. Beaver was married to Sarah Garner, of 
Marklesburg, Pa.  A daughter of Isaac and Mary Garner.  The father is dead, 
but the mother is living.  They have three sons:  B. Carl, sixteen years of 
age, a Sophomore in the Huntingdon High School; Allen, four years; Robert, 
two years; one daughter, Nellie, married to Harold Isett, a clerk, 
Marklesburg, Pa.
