Death of Mrs. Eliza Aiken.

  At ten minutes of 6 o'clock yesterday evening Mrs. Eliza Aiken died 
at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. C. B. Myers, 706 Eighteenth 
street, of diseases incident to old age.  The deceased was the widow of 
Samuel Aiken, who died in 1872.  Mrs. Aiken was born December, 1814, 
and leaves six children: Mrs. John Barnhart, of 510 Twentieth street; 
Mrs. James McGarvey, Maple avenue; Mrs. C. B. Myers, 706 Eighteenth 
street; William Aiken, Third avenue and Fifteenth street; O. Perry 
Aiken, of Logan township, and Stephen Aiken, of Pottsgrove.  Deceased 
was a member of the First Baptist church.  The funeral will take place 
Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Interment in Fairview cemetery.

  The funeral of Mrs. Elizabeth Aiken will take place this afternoon 
and services will be held in the First Baptist church at half-past 2 
o'clock.
